Sloan Stakleff

Mr. Stakleff is in his fourth year as the Director of Orchestras at Firestone Community Learning Center. At Firestone he serves as a Director of the Falcon Marching Band. Prior to Firestone, Mr. Stakleff taught orchestra and general music at Litchfield Community Learning Center. He is a proud graduate of the University of Akron where he received his Bachelor or Music degree in Music Education. Mr. Stakleff also completed coursework through Kent State University to teach career and technical education courses. He is also a proud alumnus of Firestone.

Mr. Stakleff studied saxophone in college, and enjoys playing a variety of instruments - including guitar. Outside of school, he enjoys fishing and camping with his wife, Rachel.
